The biggest event in Lucia's life in the past month (well maybe 2nd to going diaper free) was this light display that our neighbors put up. She would look out the window and as soon as they were on we headed out to marvel at them for what seemed like an awful long time. Every night. Now that they're taken down she still talks about how the reindeer are doing in the garage. Just ask her and she will tell you all about it!

I finally am getting around to uploading a few photos from days gone by. Here we are at the UC Santa Cruz Farm with Fran:


And here is Lucia's ritual of getting all her babies tucked in and reading them stories at naptime. I wish you could see the care with which she shows them all the pictures and hear the lullabyes she sings to them. (maybe it's time for some hidden camera video...)
